Our family has many happy memories of holidays spent here! It was always a great place to be whether we were riding on the land train (fondly known as the Noddy Train), walking over the head, running with the dog on the beach or relaxing in the beach cafe!
One of my fondest memories is of riding on the ferry – after a long walk it was always good to sit and enjoy the views and the nature that could be seen on the journey back to Christchurch or Tuckton, travelling from Mudeford Sandbank where the beach huts in the pictures can be seen.
